Terms and Conditions
Each piece of jewellery is hand-made when you order. As a result of this, please allow a possible 2-3 weeks (usually much sooner) from placing your order, to your jewellery being dispatched. If you need something more quickly please get in touch.
UK Delivery Delivery costs Â£6.00 per order and will be posted special delivery. Over Â£400 orders will be free delivery. Items under Â£40 will be posted on a large letter stamp and in a pillow pack.
Trade orders will be sent special delivery charged at Â£6 inside a padded envelope with a delivery/invoice note retail jewellery will be sent to you in either a branded pillow pack with tissue or in a branded box, inside a padded envelope.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the website or leaflet, there is no V.A.T. charged on these prices. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase. We are happy to offer a 14 day refund and exchange policy. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of the date shown on your order in the condition it was sold. Therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging – only then will we be happy to issue a refund. Please note that exempt from any refund or exchange are Bespoke or Made To Order items or jewellery altered to a customers request. We do not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend you return items via an insured and reliable postal service, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Postage cost will not be refunded. Exchanges are of course possible within the terms explained above. Your refund will be issued within 14 days to the payment method used in your original purchase In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact through the website www.xuella.co.uk Â we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged please do not accept it and contact through the website
Branded boxes are available at cost price plus postage which is approximatly 55p -65p per box. The crackle glaze ceramic stands are also available at Â£20 for a necklace stand and Â£10 for earring stands allow 4 weeks for delivery on these items.
Rings made up to order in a particular size if the size provided turns out to be incorrect there will be a charge for resizing plus postage, this will depend on the ring, if there are stones in the ring it will be more expensive. If the mistake on the size is our fault then it will be altered free of charge, if a ring size is agreed on together then there will still be a charge made.
